Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another once your order has shipped with tracking information. Shipping Rates SwiftMarket offers the following shipping rates at checkout: - Standard Shipping — FREE on all orders - Express Shipping — Available at checkout on select items Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier website provided in your email or by contacting us at swiftmarketsupport@gmail.com with your order number. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Where We Ship From SwiftMarket works with trusted global suppliers to bring you quality products at affordable prices. Orders may be shipped from warehouses located in the United States, China, or other international locations depending on product availability and your location. Customs Duties and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Split Shipments If you order multiple items they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. Lost or Stolen Packages SwiftMarket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors and around your property, contact your local post office or carrier, and wait 2 to 3 additional business days. If your package is still missing please contact us at swiftmarketsupport@gmail.com. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at swiftmarketsupport@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
