Photo or video evidence is required. - Lost or delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 45 days (US) or 60 days (international) of the shipping date and tracking shows no updates, we will reship or refund your order. - Order cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
